Typical diet for me, lost a LOT of weight early, in the first few weeks. Lot of fasting and keto when not fasting. Then, basically forgot I was on a diet for thenext three months, witha coouple of fasts near the end. My weight was actually about 5 lbs lower in May than now, and I had to get two of teh 3 day fasts in teh last week to get down to 350.3. Very disappointed wiht myself.
